All customers who have registered their mobile number can get the balance of their accounts by just giving a missed call from their registered mobile number to

Call made to above number will be disconnected after the first ring, Customer will receive SMS with account balance in regional language (TELUGU).

  • This facility is available 24X7.
  • As of now there is no restriction on number of enquiries in a day/month.
  • Balance of accounts under Savings Bank(SB), Current Account (CA), Overdraft and Cash Credit (OD/CC) will be provided through this facility.
